Many insurance providers will cover the cost of psychotherapy and counselling, but please check with your provider head of time to ensure you will be covered. We do not direct bill insurance companies, but you will be provided with a receipt to submit for reinbursement.

Fee for a 50-minute Individual Session - $108.00 + HST

Fee for a 90-minute Individual Session - $159 + HST

Fee for a 50-Minute Couples Session - $125 + HST

We are not currently offering family or group sessions at this time

A sliding scale is available upon request. Fees on this scale range from $75.00-$125.00 for a 50-minute session. Some conditions may apply.

We are only offering online video-conferencing or over-the-phone appointments at this time. In-person appointments are not currently available.
